Make a PDF of the passport bio-data page for the WORC temporary-permit checklist. Prepare a police-record scan only as an agreed reference copy; keep the required original signed and sealed certificate for filing.

Prepare the temporary-permit identity attachment

WORC’s T1 checklist names a passport bio-data copy and an original signed and sealed police-clearance certificate. Prepare the passport attachment and keep any police-record reference scan distinct from its required original.

Prepare the requested PDF

  1. Open the requested passport bio-data photo. For a paper police-record reference scan, use Utility bill or supporting document instead.
  2. Keep each supporting document separate. Add only a required reverse of the same document, without assembling the application bundle.
  3. Select PDF when the employer’s submission instructions accept it. Letter is the initial layout; switch to A4 if requested.
  4. Download, reopen and check the full document. Keep the original signed and sealed police certificate for the actual filing.

One attachment is not the entire T1 application

A passport image is only one item on the temporary-permit checklist. The application form, certificates, supporting letters and any occupation-specific evidence remain separate requirements.

For a paper police record, this converter can prepare an agreed employer reference image. It does not certify the record, preserve a digital signature or replace an original signed and sealed document. Never treat the converted image as the same verified original.

The Passport preset uses the standard 125 by 88 mm page. A police record uses full-page layout. There is no country-wide enlargement requirement established here. Keep any complete electronic application form in its original format when its fields or signatures matter.

Check the saved copy

Choose JPG, PNG, supported HEIC or PDF up to 25 MB. Only the first ten pages of an input PDF are processed. Download JPG or an image-based PDF; selectable text, fillable fields and digital signatures are not preserved. Keep any original signed or fillable file.

The document is processed in your browser without an account or document upload. The downloaded copy removes camera metadata and leaves the source unchanged.

Use Photo to PDF for the layout, Compress for an attachment ceiling, Watermark for an agreed purpose label or Hide details for agreed unnecessary fields. Save between tools and inspect the final downloaded file.

Common questions

Can I turn the passport bio-data photo into a permit PDF?

Yes, when that format matches the employer’s submission instructions. Keep the whole page, portrait and all identifying fields readable.

Can the converted police-record image replace the original?

No. WORC’s temporary-permit checklist requires an original signed and sealed police-clearance certificate. Use the image only for an agreed reference review.

Will the PDF keep digital signatures or fillable fields?

No. Every output PDF page is an image. Selectable text, interactive fields and digital signatures are not preserved; keep the original file when those features matter.
