Put your license front and back in one PDF
- Choose the front photo or scan, then Add the back if requested. You can also select both photos together and swap the sides if they arrive in the wrong order.
- Check the crop and rotation. Driver's license, Letter, Real size at 100% and Front and back on one sheet are already selected.
- Download the PDF and reopen it. Check the requested sides, small print and page layout before sharing or printing.
For a passport page, select Passport in Document. For a full-page image, select Document. You can choose A4 or separate pages when the recipient asks for those instead.
A readable copy at the requested size
The real-size layout uses 85.6 by 54 mm for a license-sized card and 125 by 88 mm for a passport page. When printing a real-size copy, turn off fit-to-page scaling in the print dialog. The paper choice does not certify the copy or change the requirements of the person receiving it.
The 150% and 200% options enlarge a copy only when needed. They are not universal US requirements. If both sides cannot fit on the chosen sheet at that scale, the tool reduces them to fit and shows a warning.
For a rental application, verify the listing and person requesting the attachment before sending a license, passport or income record. The FTC warns that fraudulent rental listings can collect personal details. Prepare only the evidence the verified recipient actually needs.
Image-based PDFs and other document jobs
Open JPG, PNG, supported HEIC or PDF up to 25 MB. Only the first ten PDF pages are processed. The exported PDF contains page images and loses selectable text, digital signatures and interactive fields. Keep the issued original when those properties matter.
