Prepare the new LMS renewal checklist item
The Department of Labour and Workforce Development’s August 2026 bulletin includes the existing Immigration Entry Permit Form in LMS renewal evidence. Check the live upload field’s format before converting it.
Prepare the requested PDF
- Choose the passport page or Entry Permit Form scan the renewal asks for.
- Select Passport for a passport page, or Entry Permit Form or supporting document for a paper scan. Add only that document’s required reverse.
- Correct the crop and rotation, retaining edges, dates, signatures and endorsements. Select PDF when the live field accepts it.
- Download, reopen and check the document. Prepare a required immigration-stamp scan separately rather than assuming the identity page includes it.
Preserve the checklist’s separate evidence
A form, a passport identity page and a stamp page are separate requested evidence. The converter handles one document and its reverse; it does not build the complete LMS application from unrelated files.
Letter is the starting sheet size. Switch to A4 if requested. Passport uses the standard 125 by 88 mm page layout; the Entry Permit Form uses full-page layout, with no claimed physical permit-card size.
